I disabled the on board video card, a ati radeon xpress 200 in the device manager, physically installed the replacement card, Visiontek hd 4350, turned on the computer and started the installation from the cd. Upon its completion, I went to reboot, and now my computer turns on (cpu fan is running), but it won't progress even to the bios screen.
